We’re new. We’d rather prove it than claim it.
Our first 5 clients who keep it get the Inbox Assistant setup free: R0 instead of R9,500.
- What you get. The setup free, even when it works. You pay only the refundable R1,500 deposit, which comes off your first month, until it’s saving your team 5 hours a week.
- What we ask. We measure before and after, and you let us share the result, with your name or without it. Your choice.
- What stays the same. R2,950 a month once you keep it, a person checks every reply, and you own your data.
5 of 5 places left. A place is taken when a client decides to keep it.
For businesses that qualify (20+ customer emails a day). One place per business, not combined with other discounts.
What is that work costing you?
A rough estimate in ten seconds. A made-up example: if 8 people each spend 10 hours a week on enquiries, a R120,000 build gives back about 208 hours a month and pays for itself in about 3.3 months.
Right now about R0 a month goes on work a system could do.
A rough guide from your numbers: hours = people × hours a week × 4.33 × share; each hour costs the monthly salary × 1.3 (leave, UIF and other employment costs) ÷ 173 working hours. We measure the real figure first.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST, excluding public holidays. Response time is a person acknowledging the issue with a first assessment, not a guaranteed fix time. We monitor the AI providers we use but can’t guarantee their uptime; we guarantee how fast we respond and that your system falls back safely.

Questions.
How does a project work?
- Tell us the problem.
- Get a fixed quote. Accept it and pay a 40% deposit.
- We build, you review.
- Pay the balance; it goes live. You own it.
What changes the price?
How much it does, how many systems it connects to, and whether your information needs tidying first.
Can we stop part-way?
Yes, after any step. If the small version doesn’t save enough time, we’ll say so and you stop there.
Why a monthly fee?
AI tools drift and the services they use change. The fee keeps it accurate, fixed and improving, and shows you the time saved.
Do you build websites?
Yes: from R12,500, or R35,000 with bookings or payments.
Isn’t this too expensive for a business our size?
Start small: the Inbox Assistant starts with a refundable R1,500 deposit, and you pay the rest (R9,500 setup in total, then R2,950 a month) only once it’s saving 5 hours a week. Use the calculator to see what that work costs you now. If the saving won’t cover the price, we’ll tell you on the free call, before you spend anything.
We already have a system. Why change?
You may not need to. We usually build on what you already use and connect it, rather than replace it. If your system already does the job, we’ll say so.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
A person checks anything that matters before it goes out, and answers show where they came from. With the Inbox Assistant, if it doesn’t save your team 5 hours a week in the two-week trial, your R1,500 deposit is refunded in full. On bigger projects, the Prove stage is measured on your real work, and if it misses the target we agreed, you get half the Prove fee back.
Will it replace my staff?
It takes the repetitive part: the typing, copying and the same answers every day. Your people keep the judgement, the customers and the decisions, with more time for them.
What happens to our data?
It’s used only to run your system, under POPIA. Custom builds run in accounts you own where possible; the Inbox Assistant runs on our service, and if you leave you get your prices, policies and instructions back as a document. The AI is mostly Claude, from Anthropic, through its business service, which doesn’t train on your data. Its servers are outside South Africa, so the transfer is protected the way POPIA requires, and you can sign our data processing agreement before you start. Security and data, in one screen
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is added: we’re not VAT-registered. If that changes, we’ll tell you before your next invoice, and quotes already accepted stay as they are.
Can I get information first, without a call?
Yes. Work out your numbers in the calculator and email them to yourself, with what fixing it would cost. Or . We follow up at most once, and never chase.
Now isn’t a good time. Maybe next year?
That’s fine. Email yourself the estimate so you have the numbers when you plan. When you’re ready, the free call is still free.
We’ve never worked with you. Why should we trust you?
You don’t have to take it on trust. The Inbox Assistant starts with a R1,500 deposit, refunded in full if it doesn’t save your team 5 hours a week. Bigger projects have a fixed price, you pay 40% up front, you can stop after any stage, and you get half the Prove fee back if it misses its agreed target. You own what we build.
Who will we deal with, and what if you’re ill, away or stop trading?
We’re a small studio: the person on your free call builds your system and answers your messages, with no account managers or hand-offs. Custom builds are documented and run in accounts you own, so any developer can pick them up, and if we stop working together you get the code, data and access within 30 days, as our agreement says. Monthly plans are month to month after the first three months.
Have a question before committing?
Ask it. Tell us what you’re trying to improve and we’ll tell you honestly what it would cost, including the ongoing part.
- You tell us about the work
- We say honestly if AI fits
- No slides, no pitch
- You leave with a rough price, or an honest “not worth it”
