The simplest start is the Inbox Assistant (R1,500 deposit, the rest only once it saves 5 hours a week). This is how we handle bigger processes.
Map and measure the work, try a small version on real cases, then build it, train your team and report the time saved every month. You can stop after any step.
- You tell us about the work
- We say honestly if AI fits
- No slides, no pitch
- You leave with a rough price, or an honest “not worth it”
Three steps, and a way out after each one.
- 1Find
We look at how the work is done today, measure it, and say what’s worth automating.
You can stop here, and keep the map - 2Prove
A small version works on real cases, and we measure the time it saves.
Misses the agreed target? Half back. - 3Build and run

Score an opportunity.
Score a few ideas and see which to build first. Each slider runs from 0 (none) to 10 (a lot). Not sure? Just name the task.
70 and up: build it first · 50 to 69: next in line · under 50: park it
Time saved counts most. If the information isn’t ready, we fix that first; if a mistake would be costly, a person approves every result.
Timed before. Timed after. Reported monthly.
We time the work before we change anything, then the same way after. That’s the number in your report.
- Hours savedHow long it took before, minus how long it takes now.
- What they’re worthThose hours, at what the people doing it cost you.
- When it pays for itselfThe build cost, divided by what it saves each month.
Example: 3 people spending 5 hours a week on it, with 60% taken over, get about 39 hours a month back.
You should get back more than you pay.
That’s the test for every quote we write. These are the promises that keep us to it.
- We’ll say if AI isn’t worth itEven if it costs us the job. Sometimes a better form is the answer.
- You’ll see the numberTimed before and after, the same way, in your monthly report.
- Half the Prove fee back if it missesWe agree one target before Prove starts. Miss it, and half the Prove fee comes back.
- You talk to the person who builds itA small, owner-run studio. No account managers, no hand-offs.
- Fixed price, stop after any stageNo surprises, no lock-in.
- You own it allThe system, the accounts and the data. A person approves anything that matters.
